SHIPPINNG, RETURN & EXCHANGE

Fulfillment and Processing Time

All orders are "Made-to-Order" with processing/fulfillment time within 2-7 Business days. 

"Made-to-Order" means that, your order has not been made and we will process/fulfill the order after we recieve it.

Shipment Processing Time

We try to ship the products without any delays. We send your order for shippong after fulfillment as soon as possible. In most cases, shipments and deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. Please consider the pondamic situation that the shipping has been affected by. We will communicate to inform you of any changes.

Domestic Shipping

  • Flat Rate (Standard): 3-4 business days after fulfillment
  • Express....................: 1-3 business days after fulfillment
  • Overnight.................: 1-2 business day after fulfillment

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate (Standard): 5-20 business days after fulfillment
  • Standard DDP.........: 3-5 business days after fulfillment (Canada only Information)
  • Express...................: 1-3 business days after fulfillment

✔ We use Standard shipping method. In some cases, the Express/Overnight shipping method may not be available.

✔ Prior to make an order, please contact us to be infomed of possibility of faster shipment than standard time.

In most cases, the standard shipping method, will be free and Express/Overnight methods may not be available.

Return and Exchange

 

We accept return/exchange items ONLY for issues like damadge/wrong item. You have 9 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please dispatch return item back within 9 days of delivery. In case of any question, simply contact our support team within 9 days of delivery to manage your return item.

Please be adviced that, customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping a return.

To be eligible for a return,

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging (if it had special package).
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
